When I started working with Jen, I had specific physical goals. She listened to what they were and watched YouTube videos I sent her (which is more than I can say for other trainers I went to with the same goals). When we worked 1:1, she had put together thoughtful and thorough circuits for me to do and even had a homework plan for me to do on my own. She also recommended other group classes she taught that she felt would help me achieve my goals—which were always a blast and the hour would pass so fast. Aside from all of this, she was always so encouraging and so much fun to be around. I have achieved almost all of my goals and I can honestly say, I wouldn’t be as strong as I am now without her.
